Fitness Classes and Private Training with Suzi I am a Fitness Instructor in the Flushing, Mi area! I am certified in Insanity, PiYO and yoga. After I had my first son I decided to be a stay at home mom.

My name is Suzi and I have been into Health and Fitness pretty much my whole life! I grew up watching my parents work out and it just became a part of my daily life from a young age! I fell in love with running in High School and competed in Cross Country and Track. I continued with that by running at Central Michigan University for 4 years. After college I started running marathons and became a personal trainer. I never stopped working out, but gained a few pounds when I started my photography business. In 2011 I became involved with Beachbody and fell in LOVE with the Insanity workouts! When it was announced that they were doing live certifications I was at the very first weekend training in Chicago! A year later I decided to become PiYO certified and also fell in love with Yoga! So now I am teaching Yoga and looking to add more classes to my schedule as well as working with people one on one! Thanks so much for stopping by my page!
