I don’t have one of those fancy watches. This is my day off of work and does not include my two hours of CrossFit today. All I can say is get yourself a dog or friend and stay active whether it’s walking running or doing housework on the weekends!

My 3 biggest suggestions for 2025 gym goers.
1)If you are already in love with the gym and fitness, don’t be easily annoyed by those coming in….be helpful and friendly. We are all there for the same reason….to be better versions of ourselves.
2) Don’t be easily discouraged. It’s called a “work” out for a reason. It’s supposed to be at the least slightly uncomfortable.
3) Drink your water!!!!! Cut out the empty calories for starters if your nutrition has derailed.

Ease back in to some healthy choices if you got off track…. i’ve made these chicken tenderloins for my kids for years. It’s almond flour Italian seasoning some parm after being dipped in some eggs super easy get some brown rice. Add some tomatoes and make a salad. This whole meal took me less than a half hour!
