I am an Associate therapist for couples and adults, working with Heart Wide Open Wellness in Folsom and Midtown Sacramento, CA.

Telehealth is also provided for those in CA. I specialize in relationships and trauma healing with EMDR. I am a compassionate associate therapist who specializes in working with couples and adult individuals, providing support to clients with a wide range of life challenges and concerns. I am also certified in premarital counseling to help couples of all ages and stages of life prepare for marriage. Additionally, I am a trauma informed therapist trained in EMDR to assist with healing. My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative, tailoring each client's experience to their needs.

Couples therapy using EFT dives deep into your relationship to identify your relationship cycles, what is lying underneath the conflict, and what both partners need.
