This year has been a lot for everyone.
As we edge closer to the finish line of 2025 you may feel tired, emotional and simply over this year.
We are sitting in the space between wanting one year to end and the new year to fast track forward.
Honour this space with love and gratitude for all the lessons, love, hardships, beautiful moments and times that tested us unconditionally.

It's almost Christmas! 🎄There's so much to do! 🎁Have you given yourself the gift of rest? I woke up before everyone else this morning and sat quietly with my coffee to begin the day with ease. Give yourself the gift of rest and/or meditation, maybe add a couple "rest stops" throughout the coming days. What do you do to feel peaceful? 🙏🏻💚❤️
