Still jumping straight into workouts without warming up?
Your body deserves better than that.
Cold muscles are tighter, slower to react, and more prone to strains. That’s why dynamic stretching before exercise is so important - it warms up your muscles, increases blood flow, and prepares your joints to move safely and powerfully.
Try 5–10 minutes before your next workout:
✔ Leg swings
✔ Arm circles
✔ Walking lunges
✔ Light squats or hip openers
Think movement, not long holds.
A proper warm-up can improve performance, boost mobility, and help reduce injury risk - all before you even start training.
Don’t just start your workout. Prepare for it.
