First time catching this bind

A reminder that growth often comes when we’re willing to reach a little further, and sometimes when we’re willing to both give and receive support.

Happy International Women's Day ❤️

Today I’m grateful for
the women who inspired me,
challenged me,
and taught me.

For the woman I once was,
and the grounded, creative woman
I am becoming.

When women rise together,
anything is possible.

Two years of ✨

This space has become something really special. A place where people come to breathe, move, laugh, grow, and connect.

I’m so grateful to be part of this community and to share the space with some truly wonderful humans-
Kileen, Ari, Melody, Jamie, and everyone who walks through the door and rolls out a mat.

Thank you for trusting us with your practice.
Here’s to many more years of movement, mindfulness, and community.

💕💕💕

Even though the yoga portion of the studio opened in February. Our space was not complete until Ari Joined us in March.
I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has made this possible. We are able to do this because of you. Every membership, every class taken, every massage booked, allows us to be here for our community. And we have been able to add our teachers Melody and Jennifer, our Zumba with , sound bowls with Jenn at and Beck, and hopefully more to come!
Getting to know so many of you on personal levels, celebrating, grieving, and just being apart of the week to week in this community is such a joy. And I hope we are able to do it for years to come.
So again thank you! Your support has made all the difference. And some new things are in the works for this year. Stay tuned 😉🫶
With love, Kileen 💕🪷

I refuse to let the actions and inhumanity of others change me.

I will come back to my mat as many times as it takes to clear my head.

She will comfort me.
She will support me.
She will be there through all the anger and the tears.
She will be there when I pick myself back up, clear headed and ready.

Give yourself the opportunity to gain community.

Join us Saturday, March 7th at 5pm as we celebrate International Women’s Day.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute hip strengthening & stretching flow, followed by 45 minutes of reading and/or discussion.

I’m currently reading The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood if you’d like to read along and discuss — or drop your current read in the comments and find a reading buddy.

This event requires pre-registration. Message the studio to reserve your spot.

$12 for studio members
$17 for non-members

I can’t wait to celebrate IWD with you. 💛

✨ Blessed feels like the only word that fits.

I won tickets to the this year, something I couldn’t have afforded otherwise, and yesterday I made the two-hour drive to Rome with a full heart and an open mind.

And it did not disappoint.

My first class, Ground with Sound with Melissa Lerner and Kam Malone, was exactly what my body needed after the long drive. It was gentle, grounding, and spacious.

Then Intro to Ayurveda with Malia Behr was such a beautiful refresher and full of practical wisdom I’ll absolutely be weaving into my own balancing practices going forward.

I stepped outside my comfort zone with Emerge & Expand: Kundalini Flow by Jessica Otieno for my first Kundalini experience and I’m so glad I said yes. There’s something powerful about trying something new and letting it move you.

And then Happy Hippies with Tricia Wright who I met in the parking garage that morning. We made flower crowns, danced to 60s and 70s music, moved our hips, sang at the top of our lungs, and just played. It reminded me so much of my sweet friend Katrina. Pure joy.

The closing session, Ecstatic Kirtan with Radha Rose and Josh Klein, gave me goosebumps and moved me to tears. There’s something about collective voices in devotion that just cracks the heart wide open.

I didn’t take many photos because I was busy making memories.

But I left with something even better than content.

Clarity.

Being there solidified my dreams.
The kind of space I want to create.
The kind of community I want to cultivate.
The kind of experiences I want to host.

So incredibly grateful to the coordinators, teachers, vendors, and every beautiful soul I met.

If you’ve ever thought about going, go.

And if you’ve ever had a dream that feels bigger than your current circumstances, keep showing up. You never know what doors will open. ✨

If you enjoy a good thriller and some domestic drama Local Woman Missing is a good book for you.

I just finished it and I can happily say it surprised me through to the end!

Fantastic book

Now I’m staring at my Kindle trying to behave and work through my TBR instead of impulse-buying more books and the struggle is real.

Help a girl out. How do you pick your next read?

The last few weeks felt off.

I’ve been trying to live “responsibly.”
Chasing “stability.” Doing what makes sense on paper.
But I know what happens when I drift from my practice and my purpose.

I feel it immediately.

Disconnected. Blah. Not myself.

Yesterday I took my mat to the river.

Moon salutations by the water.
Movement that wasn’t for anyone else.

And a mermaid bind I had never fully caught before. It was not perfect, but it was mine.

And I remembered something important:
When I choose alignment over fear, my soul sings.

I had a moment at Monday after class that reminded me why I love this place.

Coffee. Quiet. No rushing.
Just softness.

Lately I’ve been moving fast, juggling all the things, prioritizing incorrectly, and it made me realize how much I missed simply being here.

Somewhere between the yoga mats and Queen Charlotte, my imagination sparked.

What if we hosted a spring gathering here?

An evening of elegance & ease.
Gentle flow. Candlelight. Tea. Florals.

A space to reset and reconnect.
No pressure. Just presence.

Would that be something you’d come to?

Comment 🌸 or send me a message if you’d be interested.
