PHARMACY UPDATE:
The Evans Main and Soldier and Family Care Center Pharmacies have returned to same-day pickup for ALL medications. Please continue to expect longer than normal wait times as we are still managing a temporary staffing shortage. The Mountain Post Soldier Center (MPSC) and Robinson Clinic pharmacies are also open and continue to serve Active-Duty Soldiers only.

You can help us to reduce your wait time in the pharmacy lobby by activating your new prescriptions online at Q-Anywhere: https://cxmlink.com/dhamtf1812.

For refills, you can use the MHS Genesis Patient Portal to refill your prescription (https://mymhsgenesis.health.mil), and click on the “RX Refills” tab. You can also call the refill line at 719-430-7306.
With either option you can choose from several convenient pickup locations.

PLEASE NOTE: The Fort Carson Main Exchange ScriptCenter is pending the repair of a mechanical issue and we hope to have it resolved before the end of the week. In the interim, patients who have called in refills to that location can pick up their refills at the SFCC pharmacy – please retrieve a ‘Return for Pick Up’ ticket from the kiosk upon arrival.

Thank you for your patience as we work through our temporary staffing shortage and unforeseen mechanical issues at the Exchange ScriptCenter.
