Leigh Reineke, Therapist LCSW Fort Collins Trauma/EMDR Therapist In Person or Online at an Affordable Rate I currently offer 50 minute sessions at a sliding scale rate of $50-$90.

There is no income verification required. You tell me what you can pay in that range. That price is for in person sessions and virtual sessions. My fees are low because I do not currently take insurance, and also because I want to make therapy more affordable for more people. I do plan on taking insurance sometime this fall 2023. I specialize in treating people with trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, and panic disorder. I work with adults 18 and older. I am LGBTQIA+ allied, s*x worker allied, and BIPOC allied. I am not religious but I am spiritual and I respect everyone's religious and/or spiritual beliefs. My therapy sessions are usually a blend of psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused CBT and DBT, guided imagery, meditation, and EMDR. I enjoy helping people make connections between their past and their present so that they can improve negative self talk, increase self esteem, and become more connected to their emotions and who they truly are.
