In a world where we are used to getting what we want instantly, being patient for our own progress can be difficult. In losing patience, we are not pausing to acknowledge the bit of progress we have made. When it comes to self-growth and changing patterns and beliefs, slow and steady is much more effective. Trust this process and pass it on to your kids.

When someone is rude or angry, it often says more about their inner struggles and unresolved issues than it does about you. People project their insecurities, frustrations, and past experiences onto others, especially when they feel threatened or out of control. Their words and actions are a reflection of their own mindset, not your worth. Remember, you are not responsible for how others behave; how you respond is what truly defines you. Don’t internalize their negativity, and always choose to rise above it.

Think this: My Soul knows exactly what it is doing.
Also, think this: My Soul already knows what really matters.
