The F*ing Truth is back at it again. In the next 6 weeks, I will be offering two workshops. Both are Sundays from 12 PM - 2 PM. Each participant will receive a copy of the slides and video to keep forever! You can attend online or in-person using the links below.

March 30th: The F*ing Truth About Butt Stuff - Learn the ins and outs (pun intended) of backdoor play. We will talk about safety, curiosity, and creativity when it comes to exploring this taboo subject by yourself or with a partner.

While schools may provide children with some information about s3x, "the birds and the bees" conversation can still be a very intimidating topic for parents. Parents are often blindsided by questions children ask about bodies and intimacy, and resort to making up answers on the spot. This workshop will provide evidence-based, age-appropriate approaches to help you educate your children on all things s3x in a way that is inclusive, creative, and fun! This workshop will be helpful whether you are preparing for "the talk" when your kids get older, or if you'd like to explore what you may have missed in a conversation that has already happened.

Many people recover from s*xual abuse in isolation and end up feeling very alone.

Research suggests that a strong community is a gateway to accelerating healing during and after s*xually abusive relationships. This group intends to offer just that. Whether you are contemplating leaving a relationship in which you are being s*xually abused, navigating the healing and recovery process after leaving, or working on navigating wellness, connection, and your s*xual health in new relationships, you will find a place in this virtual therapy group. Join from the comfort of your own home and see the power that can be found once you discover that you are truly not alone.
