Make sure your prenatal vitamin has 250-300mg. And it is as important during breastfeeding as it is in pregnancy!

What is easier, treating Alzheimer's or eating more choline during pregnancy?

A Dirty PEMT increases your risk for reduced choline. Choline is NOT talked about at all - yet it needs to be screamed. Pregnant women MUST consume choline.

This is why I use 250 mg of choline in Optimal Prenatal (capsules and powder).

90% of pregnant women are CHOLINE DEFICIENT.

Choline deficiency leads to memory deficits.

Steady blood sugar required simple, whole foods…

Eat more of these:
🍳 Eggs for protein and satiety
🐟 Wild-caught salmon for omega-3s and insulin sensitivity
🥩 Grass-fed beef and beef liver for B12, choline, real nourishment
🍏 Apple cider vinegar diluted in water before carb-heavier meals
👉 Cinnamon daily, preferably Ceylon

Limit/Eliminate: Sugary drinks, juices, sweet coffee drinks, breakfast cereal, pastries, candy, refined breads and pasta, chips and fries, and ultra-processed snacks.
