We’ve been cooking up something simple but so satisfying — fire-roasted fajitas, done the Anvil and Apron way. Red, green, orange, and yellow peppers roasted over hardwood lump charcoal, wood-fired steak, and our from-scratch salsa verde… all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

We’re all about honest food made with care — crafted for gatherings, celebrations, and good company. If you’re planning an event and want food that makes people smile (and come back for seconds), we’d love to be part of it.
