There are moments in life when the path ahead feels hidden, when old forms are dissolving and something new is quietly being born. In these times, the mind searches for certainty, but the soul simply asks for trust.
I have shared that I am entering a new cycle in my own life. One where I do not yet see the form of what is coming, but I feel the presence of Spirit guiding every step. 🌿

This is the mystery of creation itself: we are always being led by love, even when we cannot see the horizon. When we surrender to the current of our soul, we begin to walk in rhythm with the greater harmony of the universe.

So today, take a moment to breathe deeply, place your hand on your heart, and whisper: “I trust the unknown path before me. My soul knows the way.”

Forgive yourself
for what you had to do to survive.
Forgive yourself for who you were
before you knew better.

Forgive yourself
for being fallible, broken,
for being less than perfect.

Touch the earth
in your small humanness.
Feel the dirt beneath your feet,
between your fingers,
and how your tears water
the parched, cracked soil.

Forgive yourself
for not being more,
for not knowing more,
for learning through experience,
or the hard way.

For what you did to survive life’s winters,
across life’s thin ice.
For your mistakes.

You survived.
You are here.

And in the forgiveness,
let your hands reach down
to soothe your own broken heart,
and from there,
the broken hearts of others.

For we grow humble in our falls,
compassionate through our imperfection,
not our perfection.

Forgive yourself.
Let the weight of these lessons
hold you firmly
in their dark wisdom
to the earth —

And from there,
like a sky of shining lanterns,

set your soul free.

Merry Samhain.

Remember the love of the thousands that came before you. Tonight we honor our ancestors.

Milk and honey is out for the fae. A toast of mead to the ancestors out under the night sky.

The door is blessed by Brigid so all that roams and wanders on this dark night will pass by.

Finally a candle lit. Lit to honor the countless friends and family I've lost. Lit as a prayer for souls that are lost, as a guiding light that they may find their way home. And lit as a reminder that light can always be found no matter the darkness.
