RWBAHC Pharmacy is transitioning to an alternative communication method to improve services for our patients. During this transition, phone lines may be limited or unavailable as we adjust workflow to support patients waiting in the pharmacy.

While we work to improve our services, please use the following options to ensure your medications are processed as efficiently as possible:

💊 New Prescriptions
➡️ Use our Q-Anywhere system! Text “GET IN LINE” to 1-833-224-0800 to message a live pharmacy team member and to be notified when your prescription is ready.

🔁 Prescription Refills
➡️ Can be requested through MHSGenesis Patient Portal or the automated Refill Line at 520-502-6012.
➡️ Eligible refill prescriptions can be picked up at the Script Center, helping you avoid in-pharmacy wait times. Eligible medications are those that are non-hazardous, non-controlled, and do not require refrigeration.

We truly appreciate your patience. Our pharmacy staff is working diligently to continue providing safe, timely access to care. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Did you know we have a Patient Advocate to serve as your go-to resource for concerns or questions about health care services received at RWBAHC? The Patient Advocate also registers comments about great experiences a patient had at our facility.

Military Treatment Facility Patient Advocates are trained experts with access to health care information and resources. They can provide a copy, and explain the content, of the Patient Bill of Rights and Responsibilities. They are great communicators and listeners whenever a patient or a family member has a concern to be addressed, investigated, and resolved in a timely manner.

When patients have a question or concern, the Patient Advocate is the source for resolution. Their responsibilities include:

• Listening to patient concerns
• Responding timely to complaints
• Explaining military hospital or clinic policies, procedures, and operations
• Mediating concerns between the patient and medical team
