Today, we honor a beautiful, loving soul. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a true testament to the LOVE that we are. He embodied this love fully throughout his life.

The following quote by Martin Luther King, Jr. kept me going through the days that I endured 8 out of 10 Fibromyalgia pain, chronic fatigue, and depression. If I walked 15 minutes, I would not be able to get out of bed the next day due to the pain. I saw this quote and it was a direct message.... "DON'T GIVE UP. DO WHAT YOU CAN." From then I walked 5 minutes in the morning, 5 minutes at noon, and 5 minutes in the evening to get my 15 and increased from there. I continued my energy healing on myself and today, am pain free, depression free, and fatigue free. KEEP GOING.
