Caring for an aging loved one can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. Broward PACE Program, in partnership with Broward Health, provides complete care for older adults — from medical services and therapies to meals, transportation, and social activities. Our team supports both participants and their caregivers every step of the way, helping families stay healthy, connected, and confident in their care.
