“I’m eating mindfully” but you’re still eating in a sympathetic state which is why you’re feeling bloated. 🤰 even though you’re eating “healthy”

Let’s talk about your nervous system state — because it’s not just what you’re eating, it’s how you’re eating.

Most of us are eating in a constant sympathetic (fight or flight) state — rushing between meetings, scrolling our phones, or eating while stressed. 📲 😩 💻

😫 Here’s what that does:

↓ Lowers stomach acid
↓ Slows digestion + nutrient absorption
↑ Leaves food sitting in the gut → hello bloating, gas, and inflammation 🤰

ESPECIALLY if you’re gassy, burping or just feel like you have sluggish gut motility. ⬇️

If your body doesn’t feel safe, it won’t digest.

And you don’t need to feel like a chicken 🐔 running around w ur head cut off - this could be as simple as shallow breathing, 😮‍💨 being GO GO GO or just not slowing down.

🤸‍♀️Here are 3 habits that help me and our clients at beat bloating (without changing a single food):

🌱Deep belly breaths before eating to activate parasympathetic (rest + digest) mode

No phones or distractions — just you + your plate

Mindful chewing — slowing down, actually tasting your food, noticing when you’re full

And no — mindfully eating isn’t just about “eating a salad” while checking emails.

It’s about actually BEING with your food. 🍲

Let me tell you a story…

A few weeks ago I made a decision that changed everything..

& it ate me up to death.

Everyone wants to upgrade their reality, manifest their dream lifeBLABLA BLA until God tells you to make DECISIONS you don’t want to make.

Because it’s hard.
Because it affects others.
Because it hurts.
Because it shakes s**t up.

You so desperately just want things to stay the same - but the body whispers… til it screams…

And those decisions that are SCARY and UNCERTIN are the EXACT ones that lead to QUANTUM SHIFTS.

But even within that (like at the end of the reel) you’re not just in happily ever after land.

The identity hast fully formed.
The new reality hasn’t fully formed.
You’re not who you were.
You’re not totally who you’re becoming.

You’re in the VOID. (The space of creation between old and new.)

It’s scary.
But that is the reality of trusting yourself, your bodies wisdom/intuition and trusting a Higjer power.

This is why I say FAT LOSS & BODU RECOMP or BUSINESS it’s just a path you take — it’s a TOTAL IDENTITY AND TIMELINE SHIFT.

It will initiate you on every level possible.

But the reward is priceless.

You JUST have to let go.
You JUST have to trust.
You have to do everything from LOVE and leave the rest because that’s all you can do.

I will stand ten toes on feeling like a BADDIE from the INSIDE OUT is top ten 🔟 best feelings // BUT as ladies , your worth is not tied to your beauty.

Beauty and radiance is a byproduct of YOU pouring INTO YOURSELF. 🌱

On ALLLLL levels.

Spiritually
Mentally
Physically
Financially
Timewise

We may not have all the time in the world / but we have INTENTION.

Here are 7 shifts that boosted my confidence to be able to SLAY a brand shoot & also boosted my glow up:

1️⃣ Going to bed at same time every night 😴 🌙 = they don’t cal it your beauty sleep for nothin!

2️⃣High standards. Protect ur energy. I DO NOT DATE unless a worthy (to me) connection shows up in my field. Yes a worthy connection. I’m physically attracted, mentally and there’s something about them. Anyone else I am not wasting my time because my time is valuable. “Get a free meal out of it” when u know ur not even feeling it is for broke bi***es & that’s not us.

3️⃣ Boundsries!!! Boundaries are a FILTERRRR

4️⃣ Healing my gut by working with a coach -/ coaches need coaches too.

5️⃣ Regularing my nervous system —- Beinf GO GO GO & feeling stressed tf our and caffeinated all the time legit dries out ur skin, drops ur glow to the floor & leaves u feeling tired :( you deserve to THRIVE not just survive.

6️⃣ building self trust by Being a woman of my word. Confidence doesn’t just come from “oh I lost 20 lbs” it comes from who you BECOME in the process 🧚‍♀️

Lastly

7️⃣ Positve self talk, 🪞 being my own best friend not my own biggest enemy.
