Stellar Therapy & Wellness proudly participated in Moving Day Miami, hosted by the Parkinson’s Foundation.

I had the opportunity to demonstrate an LSVT-BIG exercise demo and speak with attendees about the importance of amplitude-based movement, balance training, and functional strength for people living with Parkinson’s disease.

Our Stellar information table highlighted key services we offer, including fall-prevention programs, functional training for adults 60+ and complimentary balance and mobility screenings.

Events like this reinforce our mission: helping adults stay strong, safe, mobile, and independent through targeted, evidence-based therapy and wellness programs.

Thank you to the Parkinson’s Foundation for bringing the community together and for the meaningful work you do every day.
