One Community Partnership

One Community Partnership One Community Partnership (OCP) supports the recovery of transition aged youth with mental health & co-occurring challenges in Broward County, Florida.

One Community Partnership 3 (OCP3) is a system of care initiative to expand and enhance the delivery of services to transition age youth and emerging adults (12-21) with mental health, substance use, trauma, and other co-occurring challenges who are involved in the Child Welfare and Broward School systems. This will help provide Broward with effective transition supports for all youth entering adulthood on their way towards resiliency, recovery, and wellness. OCP3 has dedicated committees that work together to transform Broward County through involvement of youth and family voice! It is an opportunity to learn about resources and trainings and developing an authentic support system, while encouraging and empowering youth’s transition to independence!
