Nothing beats fresh, balanced lips ✨

For this treatment, the goal wasn’t more volume—it was refinement. She already had a beautifully full upper lip, so we focused on subtly enhancing the Cupid’s bow while placing more attention on the lower lip to create that soft, pouty look.

By maintaining the ideal 1:2 ratio (top to bottom), we kept everything natural, proportional, and flattering 🤍

Here’s your cheat sheet for treatment timelines, best results, and event prep:

• Botox/Dysport: takes about 2 weeks to settle; schedule at least 2–3 weeks before an event so you have time for tweaks if needed.

• Filler: takes about 4 weeks to fully settle; plan your appointment 4 weeks before any big event to allow swelling or bruising to resolve.

• Sculptra: takes about 2 weeks to settle, with best results typically appearing around 3–4 months as collagen builds – ideal to start several months before an event.

• Microneedling: takes about 2 weeks to settle, with best results usually seen after a series of treatments over 3–6 months – best started well ahead of your big day.

Don’t stress if things don’t look “perfect” right away – trust the process, follow your aftercare, and let your results develop. 💉

Before + immediately after 💋

This patient had been contemplating a lip enhancement for a while, but didn’t want “bigger” lips—just something that felt more balanced with her natural anatomy.

We used ½ syringe and focused on refinement, not volume. Her lips were more challenging to treat due to very pronounced tubercles, so the goal was to blend, soften, and create a more cohesive upper lip rather than add heaviness.

You’ll notice a bit more swelling in the top lip vs. the bottom, which is totally expected since that area required more precise placement.

The result: subtle, natural, and still her—just smoother and more balanced ✨
