Aka… tallow before the fancy marketing. 😂

People are out here spending big money on beef tallow products while most of us have been pouring it into a can beside the stove for years.

And no — you don’t need to be a homesteader with Highland cows and an antique cast iron collection to use it. 🤣

If you want to purify it a little more:

✨ Simple way to clean/render it:
• Pour the warm fat through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth
• Let any meat bits get filtered out
• Store in a glass jar in the fridge
• Optional: slowly reheat with a little water, cool it, and separate the hardened fat from impurities for a cleaner tallow

That’s it. Simple.

And beef tallow is actually incredibly useful 👇

✔️ Cooking at high heat
✔️ Roasting potatoes + veggies
✔️ Frying eggs
✔️ Seasoning cast iron
✔️ Homemade balms/soap
✔️ Dry skin support
✔️ Traditional cooking fat before seed oils took over everything

It’s rich in fat-soluble vitamins and is far more stable at high heat than many highly processed vegetable oils.

I’ll probably never be “successful” at network marketing… at least not in the way most people measure it.

Because I refuse to pressure people.
I refuse to sell people things they don’t need.
I refuse to add more stress, supplements, subscriptions, or debt to someone’s life just to hit a rank.

Do I want to help people create more health and wealth in their lives? Absolutely.
But not at the expense of their peace.

I’ve never recruited someone.
In fact, I’ve talked people OUT of joining when I knew it wasn’t the right fit for them.

I don’t chase people down.
I don’t push products because they’re the newest launch.
I don’t believe in convincing people to buy things that don’t align with them.

I share what has genuinely helped me.
I talk about ingredients because they matter.
I care about whether something actually supports the body… not just whether it sells well.

And the truth is?
There may be something else out there that works even better for you — and I’d gladly help you figure that out too.

Because I don’t want to “sell” people.
I want to problem solve.
I want to help people heal.
I want all of us to rise together.

If that means I grow slower, I’m okay with that.
Integrity matters more to me than image ever will. ❤️

More energy. Less guessing. Actually understanding what my body needed instead of throwing random “healthy” things at it.

But what I didn’t expect?

How much it would impact everything else.

Because when you feel good, you think clearer.
You show up bigger.
You help people better.

And when you can help other people do the same…
that’s where health starts turning into something more 💚

I didn’t plan to be gone this long.

Grief doesn’t exactly send a calendar invite… it just shows up and rearranges everything.

The last couple weeks have been heavy, messy, and honestly a blur.
But this morning felt like a small step back into normal life.
