Hey Y'all, the first project on.the homestead is done, putting up a 16 foot gate a the front of the property πŸ‘. I got a late start due to running some errands which also included buying the gate, post and cement. It was a hot, humid, long day buy we gotter done πŸ™‚πŸ‘. Chris and I had a great time at the Arizona Super 10K & Sprint 5K Weekend. I especially enjoyed the muddy dunk wall followed by the barbwire crawl. Who needs to go to a spa for a mud treatment just run a Spartan. πŸ˜‚

Hey Ya'll, hope Everyone had a great Mother's day weekend πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘. Mishelle and had a great weekend at the Montana Spartan Race πŸ˜ƒπŸ’―πŸ‘. The weather was less than ideal on Saturday for the Beast and started out rough on Sunday for the Sprint but a short time into the race we were rewarded with a break in the weather πŸŒ§πŸŒ§πŸŒ¦β›… for a great finish to a Mother's Day Spartan Race weekend πŸ˜ƒπŸ’―πŸ‘πŸ’₯πŸ‘Š. A special shout out to our IG friend , awesome to see You on the Mountain today πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘. Everyone have a great Evening and God Bless πŸ™πŸ•ŠβœοΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ.

Hey Ya'll, hope Everyone's week is off to a great start πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘. I decided to start the week off with a Spartan workout which consisted of 4.6 miles of running 11 exercises mixed in just for funπŸ˜ƒπŸ’₯πŸ’ͺπŸ’―. I need to get some workouts in before Mishelle and I head out for the Spartan race in Big Fork Montana,😳 I don't want to put my body into complete shock πŸ₯΄. Got in a quick 5k tonight and the weather was amazing, love that sunshine β˜€οΈβ˜€οΈβ˜€οΈβ˜€οΈβ˜€οΈ.
