A week ago, today, we hosted our annual Carolina’s golf tournament. This was our first year at Daniel Island Club and hosting a Rare Evening reception the night before. From the lush green course with paths that looked so tropical you felt like you were in a different country. The prestine greens, southern charm, and low country menus. The attention to detail in the carefully curated rare southern auction experiences. We hosted a cocktail hour for VIPs and sponsors at the on course cottage before the reception. What was most impressive, though, was the conversations we had with incredible people who came out to support us. The groups of people who want to make a difference in the lives of rare disease children was touching. Individuals who we had just met, but were impacted by our story and those like us. We are beyond grateful to everyone who helped make this tournament great! We’re most excited about the momentum we are building and the impact we will make in the lives of rare disease families.
