Teeth aren't the same as bones - they soften after certain acidic exposures. Those five things create an acid attack on your enamel.

To protect your teeth, rinse with water to neutralize the acid, or wait 30-45 minutes before brushing.

We had our annual baking day at Dr. Ruddell’s and the whole place smelled like fall magic. The team mixed, baked, and definitely “quality-checked” more than a few slices.
