From day one, Ciera Olvera has been the heart and soul behind so much of what makes Good Days so special. Her expertise is unmatched, but it’s her love, compassion, and genuine connection with each child that truly sets her apart.

You won’t often find her sitting in the office… because that’s just not who she is. She’s always out in the center—right where she belongs—working side by side with our kids. Offering a helping hand, sharing a hug, giving a high five, and pouring encouragement into every moment.

She meets each child where they are and walks alongside them as they grow, learn, and thrive. We are beyond grateful for the way she leads with her heart every single day.

Ciera, you are a gift to Good Days and to every family we serve. 💛

April is Autism Acceptance Month, and at Good Days, we believe acceptance is an action we take every single day. 💙

It’s more than just a calendar month for us: it’s about creating a space where neurodivergent adolescents feel seen, supported, and empowered. From sensory-friendly environments to individualized life skills training, every part of our program is designed to help students bridge the gap between childhood and adulthood with confidence.

We focus on practical daily routines and building real-world social connections in a structured setting that respects individual needs. Whether it's through our specialized curriculum or simply providing the right sensory tools: like the ones shown here: to help a student feel comfortable and focused, we’re here to partner with you.

We are incredibly grateful to local wood sculpture artist Phil Costello for his generous donation of three absolutely beautiful pieces to Good Days 💚

Each piece was thoughtfully placed within our village—perfectly complementing our calming forest room , our art space, and more, we hope they will inspire creativity, imagination, and joy for all of our students. These works are more than art… they are experiences that will spark curiosity and encourage our young artists to dream and create.

Phil shared, “It gave me great pleasure in doing this for the center. My hope is that this will give enjoyment and fun for students and parents for many years to come!”

We couldn’t agree more. We are beyond excited and deeply thankful to have such meaningful pieces become part of our Good Days family.
