✅ Hands-on safety refreshers happen every 6 months
✅ Safety tips are delivered straight to your HOA newsletter

🇺🇸 We Will Never Forget 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to honor the lives lost, the heroes who rose, and the strength of a nation forever changed.
On September 11, 2001, our world stood still—but the courage, resilience, and unity that followed will live on forever.

🕊️ Remembering the victims.
👮 Honoring the first responders.
🇺🇸 Standing together as one nation.

CPR can double or triple a person’s chance of survival — but only if someone nearby is trained and ready to act.

In a real emergency, there’s no time to Google it.
No time to wait.
The moment to save a life happens before the ambulance even arrives.

Are you ready to be that person?

Learn CPR. It’s not just a skill — it’s a responsibility.

A person can bleed to death in under 5 minutes — faster than EMS can arrive.

In an emergency, YOU may be the first and only help available.
Here’s how to stop life-threatening bleeding:

🩸 Apply firm, direct pressure
🩸 Pack the wound with gauze (if available)
🩸 Apply a tourniquet above the injury, and tighten until the bleeding stops

These 3 simple steps can save a life.
Learn them. Remember them. Share them.

Most people think CPR is something you learn for emergencies “out there.” But here’s the truth:

8 out of 10 cardiac arrests happen at home or at work.
That means the life you save will likely be someone you know — someone you love.

CPR isn’t about being a hero.
It’s about being prepared to protect the people who matter most.

Learn CPR. Be the difference.

You don’t need a medical degree to save a life.
An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is designed for the public — and it’s incredibly easy to use.

Here’s what to do if someone collapses and is unresponsive:
⚡ Turn on the AED
⚡ Follow the voice instructions
⚡ Place pads on the chest → Step back → Let it shock

That’s it. No guesswork. The machine walks you through it.

When seconds count, knowing this can change everything.

Heart attack and cardiac arrest are not the same — and knowing the difference could save a life.

👉 A heart attack happens when blood flow to the heart is blocked.
Symptoms include:
• Chest pain or discomfort
• Shortness of breath
• Nausea, sweating, jaw or arm pain

👉 Cardiac arrest is when the heart suddenly stops beating.
Signs include:
• Sudden collapse
• No pulse or breathing
• Unresponsiveness

If someone is experiencing cardiac arrest, call 911 and start CPR immediately.

Knowing these signs can save a life.

You don’t need to be certified to make a difference.
In a sudden cardiac arrest, Hands-Only CPR can be enough to save a life — and it’s incredibly simple:

1️⃣ Call 911
2️⃣ Push hard and fast in the center of the chest (100–120 beats per minute)

That’s it.
No rescue breaths. No fancy gear. Just quick action that gives someone a fighting chance.

Knowing this could make you a lifesaver.
Because the real emergency is doing nothing.
