Dr. Rad MD Dr. Radecke is a fellowship-trained Bariatric and Minimally Invasive surgeon. He completed his fellowship at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Dr.Rad (AKA Radecke) is a fellowship-trained Bariatric and Minimally Invasive surgeon. He obtained both his BS in Biochemistry and a MS in Immunology and Molecular Biology from Clemson University. He went on to attend medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed his surgical residency in general surgery at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Rad is highly trained in advanced laparoscopic surgery and utilizes it to treat many surgical diseases of the abdomen such as colon cancer, hernia surgery, and foregut surgery. He also specializes in the surgical treatment of obesity and has a passion for helping people eliminate the disease and the metabolic problems it causes. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons. His passion is helping people eliminate obesity and regain their health.

Take a moment to think about that.

Behind every success story, there’s someone who:
✔ Saw the spark before anyone else did
✔ Took a chance
✔ Opened a door
✔ Stood up and said, "I believe in them."

These people change lives.

Maybe it was a manager who gave you your first shot at leadership.
Maybe it was a mentor who said, "You’ve got this," when you were ready to quit.

They didn’t see just your résumé.
They didn’t focus on your track record.
They saw you—your raw, untapped potential.

So now, ask yourself:
Who believed in you?
And more importantly…
Who needs you to believe in them today?
