Walmart always donates us a gift card. So this week we helped a family with groceries & meds, along with this months daycare & rent while the head of the household receives treatment.

We are asked where do your funds go. Well we try to pay any past due or financial need directly to the business so the warrior doesn’t have to worry about it. Also if it’s food, gas or lodging we try to get gift cards or purchase at our local sponsors establishments first! We always support those who support us, as much as possible. Of course sometimes financial assistance maybe not be a business or provider that supports our cause but we support our local warriors. So we are people helping people - whatever it takes to ease the battle.

With so many awareness days and months in a given year, it’s hard to keep track of everything. One thing we do know is, we are people helping people. Depending on your organization or company, there’s probably multiple days and months that you support for your team members, or sponsoring organizations or causes throughout the year. For years we just supported PINK, but this year we became Central SD Bras For A Cause which means we support all colors.

We have 9 days to go to reach our goal of $60k. December is known for its variety of holiday celebrations including Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa. So, you will likely be in the giving mood for December, as well. However, there aren’t any prominent month-long observations during the year’s final month. If you're not gifting for a holiday, focus on ** experiences**, acts of service, shared activities, or DONATIONS, like hosting a potluck, doing a craft day, volunteering, having a game night, sharing memories, or simply giving your time and attention, making the focus connection and shared joy rather than material presents.

We'd like to thank Kris' Glam Closet for everything they do for our cause year long. We greatly appreciate the monthly support. They have helped us get a step closer today, with another donation.

Yippie!! We made $215.53 today so 10 days lefr to make or raise $9️⃣4️⃣5️⃣.5️⃣3️⃣ to get our goal of $60,000 for 2025!

BREAST CARE & SHARE

This is a fun event that raises awareness on how far we have come in Breast Cancer Research and celebrates breast cancer survivors, and remembers those who have passed. Each decorated bra entry is $20. If you are seeking donations so your bra wins the event (we have prizes for the bras and biggest money maker is one) then we can get you a donation tracking sheet with our Tax ID number. If you are seeking donations for the silent auction table the night of the event, we can get you a thank you form for those as well to leave with the store or person who donated for their records. We will have tables at the event, a meal, speaker, entertainment and of course - MODELS to wear the bras while a live auctioneer gets the crowd going.
