All set and ready for my baking marathon! I'll be making a few of my favorites for the Farmer's Market Saturday at First United Methodist Church of Fort Stockton. But if anyone's still interested I'll take orders as well.

I'm baking keto friendly pumpkin bread and protein bars (carrot cake, blueberry, strawberry banana, lemon poppy, and pumpkin)

The pumpkin bread is almond and coconut flour with applesauce, maple syrup and mini chocolate chips. ($5 per mini loaf)
The protein bars are made with oat flour, pureed fruit, and a little stevia for sweetening. ($2 each bar or 8 of the same flavor for $15)

Thankful Thursday has arrived, and it's going to be a nice day to head outside for activities. We'll have a high of 68 with plenty of sunshine!

This Ash Wednesday is another cold day for Fort Stockton. Outdoor exercise isn't recommended today, with a high of only 49 and a low of 32. Tomorrow's looking better for outdoor activity!
