Being a PRP counselor has taught me to grasp people's perceptions and biases without getting attached. I listen without imposing, but I share my ideologies and beliefs when asked, providing insight into a potential positive perspective.

My goal is to help individuals reach a better state of mind for their well-being, enabling them to function without the weight of depression, guilt, shame, or low vibrational energies. Whether through conversations or preparing high vibrational meals, the outcome is consistently positive.
