😜 I’m so incredibly proud of my clients this week! I cannot shut up about how excited I am to see so much progress!

Each day I am hearing from you all that we are a step or two forward in overall pain reduction and visible improvement. It takes putting yourself first and reckoning with your health starting line in this present moment. There are somethings in life that can be fully replaced: A water heater, an alternator, your hair color, for example..

But, you could never replace the people who walk through my door to seek asylum and release through bodywork. These clients I have are the most resilient and strongest people I’ve ever met. Some have faced the ravages of war. Some have stared the hell of severe depression in the face countless times. The way they show up for themseves is astounding. Im consistently in awe.

Massage is more than depth of pressure. It’s the somatic journey for me. Goal oriented healing is where it’s at for me. Can you agree?
