What are the 3 ways we generate energy?
1. Movement 🏃‍♀️🚲 (exercise, physical activity)
2. Nutrition 🍎 (food, what we put in our bodies)
3. Sleep 💤

Think about these 3 things and how they affect your energy. How do you feel on the daily? Reflect on what positive changes you can make in these areas.

You CAN feel better and have more energy! Focus on one positive change and build from there. You can do it!
