I spent years in various doctor appointments searching for answers. I was getting somewhere but not actually deep enough to heal. Performance is the byproduct of health, not the other way around.

I finished my half-marathon training with a stable thyroid and a regular cycle. This is why that matters.

A few years ago, this would have been impossible. My thyroid was a mess, my cycles were gone, and my body was chronically inflamed. I thought I had to β€œfix” my health so I could finally perform.

I had it backwards.

I had to support my body at the cellular level first. I had to open my drainage pathways and find the root causes like parasites and mold that were draining my energy.

The Result: My thyroid is stable. My periods are regular. I did not have to β€œbreak” my body to reach my performance goals. I had to support it.

God created your body with an incredible ability to heal and perform. I am not just a coach with a protocol. I am a woman who is living the proof that a system approach actually works.

A huge shoutout to my people for walking this path with me. This journey is better when you do it community.

What happens when you stop guessing and start looking at what your body is actually telling you?

Most women I work with are not doing nothing. They are:
β€” eating better
β€” trying supplements
β€” staying active
..but still dealing with:
