🌟 Welcome to the Viking Family: Lauren LaRoe, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC 🌟

Viking Psychiatry is thrilled to welcome Lauren LaRoe, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, to our growing team! Lauren will officially join us in December 2025 and will begin accepting new clients in January 2026.

Lauren is board-certified across the lifespan and brings over a decade of experience in the community mental health outpatient field. She has a strong passion for cutting-edge treatment modalities and has worked extensively with patients experiencing Treatment Resistant Depression and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Beyond clinical care, Lauren has served as a guest speaker at the University of Saint Francis, educating NP students on the complexities of psychiatric disorders, and has contributed to the Farm Stress Advisory Council through Purdue University Extension to improve mental health resources for farming communities.

She will be available two days each week in Fort Wayne and two days each week in Warsaw, helping us continue to expand access to quality psychiatric care across Northeast Indiana.

When Viking Psychiatry opened its doors in 2021, we started as a single-provider office with one mission: to bring innovative, compassionate mental health care to Northeast Indiana. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys family time with her husband, son, and their black lab, Apollo. She loves supporting her son’s sporting events, spending time in nature, and building strong connections with friends and family.
