Do you ever feel guilt over something you ate?
I’m going to pretend to be psychic for a minute and say you answered, “Yes.” I would even go as far as to say some may have answered with a very decisive, “Heck, yes!” Anyone roll your eyes and nod your head with unexpected fervor? Yeah. Me, too. I want to say something and want you to not only hear it, but receive it…accept it…“Food should never be penance!”
