❤️February is American Heart Month which raises awareness on the importance of a healthy heart and encourages healthy habits that help reduce the risk of heart disease. Studies show that heart disease is the number one cause of deaths for men and women. Heart disease affects all ages, genders, and ethnicities.
💔Risk factors include high cholesterol, high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, and excessive alcohol use.
