✨ Last Week Soft Reset — Week 3 Complete ✨
This week has been full of movement, stillness, and connection. I got back into working out, stayed consistent with meditation and stretching, and kept tending to our garden — watching it give back in the most beautiful ways.
From our yard to the kitchen, we’ve been cooking with food we grew and bought. We grew our fresh bell peppers, cucumbers, basil, and tomatoes. And in the sweetest act of neighborly love, our neighbor brought over fresh long beans from his garden. We cooked them up, and they were absolutely delicious!
We also made a Thai Panang this week that was so good it might become a new staple in our kitchen.
The shifts are real — mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply grateful for the simple joys that keep filling my cup. 🌱💛
