✨ Last Week Soft Reset — Week 3 Complete ✨

This week has been full of movement, stillness, and connection. I got back into working out, stayed consistent with meditation and stretching, and kept tending to our garden — watching it give back in the most beautiful ways.

From our yard to the kitchen, we’ve been cooking with food we grew and bought. We grew our fresh bell peppers, cucumbers, basil, and tomatoes. And in the sweetest act of neighborly love, our neighbor brought over fresh long beans from his garden. We cooked them up, and they were absolutely delicious!

We also made a Thai Panang this week that was so good it might become a new staple in our kitchen.

The shifts are real — mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply grateful for the simple joys that keep filling my cup. 🌱💛

🌿 Soft Rest – Week 2: Garden-Grown Grace 🌿

This week, I slowed down… and tuned in.
Not to a screen. Not to a deadline.
But to me — my breath, my cravings, my garden.

I stepped into the dirt barefoot, harvested basil and green onion with love, and brought them into my kitchen like sacred guests.
I sautéed. I blended. I juiced cucumbers fresh from the vine.
And something unexpected happened…
I started to feel held by the process.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Movement was light — some floor stretches, a few sun salutes, and long deep inhales I didn’t rush to exhale.

🥗 I made meals that felt like offerings to my healing body.
No pressure. No guilt. Just presence.

💚 This week taught me:
You don’t have to go fast to grow.
You don’t have to do it all to be doing enough.
Softness is strength.

🌿 Day 3 – Return to Self

Movement. Breath. Stillness. And a little spice.

Today I slowed down and let nature feed me — body and soul.
The crunch of fresh cucumbers from my garden. The stillness of flowers in bloom. The reminder that I don’t have to rush to be nourished.

Sometimes returning to self means:
✨ Moving gently
✨ Breathing deeply
✨ Sitting in the moment long enough to actually taste it

This garden has become part of my reset — not just for the harvest, but for the harmony.
No performance. No perfection. Just presence.

✨ Week 1: Day 2 — “Forgiveness & Sweet Medicine” ✨

This morning, I sat with my journal and wrote:

“What do I need to take responsibility for — without self-judgment?”

Not to blame myself. Not to guilt-trip the version of me that was just doing her best.
But to lovingly call myself back to presence… to power… to truth. 🌿

I’ve been learning that accountability is an act of love, and forgiveness starts with me.
That’s why this soft reset includes both pen and cup
→ journaling what I’ve been avoiding,
→ and sipping on this watermelon juice like it’s liquid courage. 🍉

Watermelon helps hydrate the body and support emotional release — especially when paired with breath, quiet, and intention.
It’s not just juice… it’s sweet medicine in this season.

This isn’t about a glow-up or a challenge. This is a soft reset. A coming home. I’ve been craving stillness, clarity, nourishment — and instead of waiting for the “right time,” I decided to start now.

This 4-week journey is all about:
🍉 Juicing from my own kitchen + garden
🧘🏾‍♀️ Gentle movement & meditation
📓 Journaling my truth
🫖 Rooting with tea and breath

Today’s prompt in my journal:
“What part of me have I abandoned that is ready to come home?”
I sat with that. I breathed through it. And I let the watermelon be sweet medicine.
