Taking a lunch break regularly can help boost your productivity, mood, morale, and many other areas of your life. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​It can be so temping to work through lunch to try to get your check list completed or to leave a little early. (I know, I do it too).

It’s so important to take even 15 minutes to ourselves whether that’s eating or getting some fresh air for a minute.

Did you know that a real pumpkin means the house is handing out non-food items to trick-or-treaters? This is especially great if you have food allergies or health concerns that diet plays a role in. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Also, a trick-or-treater with a blue pumpkin means the trick-or-treater has autism. They be non-verbal or have poor fine motor skills.

We often talk about and hear the term “red flags”. Typically this term is also referring to people you may be talking to, significant others, or someone in that capacity. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​What about “green flags”? What about the positive things other people in our lives bring to the table or should bring to the table in a friendship, relationship, family members, etc?

Let’s take a moment to reflect on the “green flags” we desire, need, and appreciate in those around us. And yes, we all have NEEDS regarding “green flags” that allow us to live in a safe, enjoyable space.

It doesn’t just happen when someone we love dies. It happens when something we envisioned and dreamt of is no longer possible. When a friendship is lost. Changing family relationships. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There is more than one way to experience grief and there more than one reason to experience grief. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We’re constantly experiencing grief so much so that we often feel we are complaining about things or asking “why me”. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
