Texans, let's show some love to our Veterans this Valentine's Day! ❤️

Commissioner Buckingham is encouraging everyone to participate in the VLB's "Valentines for Vets" campaign.

Help us honor and show our appreciation to the brave men and women who served our country by mailing a Valentine's card to the Veterans who reside in any of the 10 Texas State Veterans Homes.

All cards should be postmarked by February 10th and include 'Valentines for Vets' in the mailing address.

September was busy month here at the Tuskegee Airmen Texas State Veterans Home!

We played balloon volleyball, enjoyed a painting class, had wonderful Bible study sessions, and welcomed a new group of Veterans!

The Texas VLB is proud to serve Texas Veterans every day and provide them with the utmost care at each of our homes across the state.

We are excited to welcome our sixth resident, U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran Elijah Williams, to the Tuskegee Airmen Texas State Veterans Home. It is truly an honor and privilege to care for those who sacrificed so much for our nation. Thank you to Mr. Williams's grandson for producing this incredible video.
