KrisFit360: Kristi's Fitness & Health Rx I have struggled with my weight and health for years and my family deserves the best of me, so this is about my journey to a healthier lifestyle.

I am a busy working mom who is dedicated to my family and finding balance in my life. I have neglected myself for way too long and was getting fat, run down, with absolutely no energy. I also was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which scared me that if I didn't change something soon, I wouldn't be around for my husband and kids as long as I wanted. I decided for my family's sake that I needed to start taking care of myself too. I now eat clean with no gluten or sugar and take better care of my body. Working on me, mind,body and soul.
