If you sit for long periods, try this quick reset every 1–2 hours:
✔️ Stand up
✔️ Roll shoulders back 10 times
✔️ March in place for 30 seconds
✔️ Reach arms overhead and take 3 deep breaths
Small movement breaks throughout the day can help reduce stiffness, improve circulation, and decrease tension headaches and back pain.
