Our Story

In his forties, Dr. Paul Thompson realized he was on an unhealthy path. Overweight and running the risk of heart disease and diabetes, he didn't turn to traditional medicine but instead came across the field of Age Management Medicine. It changed his life. Dr. Thompson believed by practicing this form of medicine he could better help his patients by shifting their unhealthy lifestyles and advising them on how to avoid likely medical problems BEFORE they arrive. Dr. Thompson left his successful urology practice and medical focus to become a certified Age Management practitioner and developed his own healthy living program. He now treats patients around the country, giving each one their own unique, individualized program and unmatched personal care.
