PA students stepped into real-world emergency training with their Stop the Bleed certification — learning how to apply tourniquets, pack wounds, and control severe bleeding like true first responders.

This hands-on session gave students the chance to practice critical trauma skills in simulated scenarios alongside faculty — turning theory into life-saving action.

It wasn’t just about technique — it was about teamwork, staying calm under pressure, and preparing to make a difference when it matters most.

Just another step in the journey from student to provider.

Congratulations, Kathryn! Your dedication to patients and the community is truly inspiring. 💙💚
