🌸 Seeds of Healing: A Horticultural Therapy Group for Women with Breast Cancer 🌸

Join us this fall for a gentle, supportive space where healing begins in the garden.

This 4-session group is designed specifically for women navigating life after a breast cancer diagnosis. Through the power of plants, community, and reflection, we’ll explore common survivorship concerns while connecting with nature—and each other.

🌿 What to Expect Each Session:
• A plant-based project (with a take-home!)
• Education on survivorship & self-care
• Space for connection and shared experience
• A healing dose of nature

📍 Location: Plant 4 Good, Ardmore
🗓️ Dates: Sept. 10, 25 & Oct. 8, 22 | 6–7:30 PM
💰 Cost: $140 for the full series
🧡 Due to the supportive nature of this group, we ask that participants commit to all four sessions.

We hope this pilot program will grow into something even greater—expanding to support others living with and beyond cancer.
