Nearly nine years ago to the day attending my first yoga festival would I have imagined having the opportunity to be a presenter, myself.

Last Saturday I taught one of my most memorable yoga classes to date at the to raise money for

This class felt particularly special not only because of the unique venue but because the attendees where a mix of Veteran WWYP teachers, Veterans who had already attended our programs before as well as veterans and supporter completely new to our organization.

We are looking forward to bringing back more public classes to the AHM soon; in the meantime veterans and first responders can find our Free Warrior Yoga class that meets weekly Thursdays 6pm at the museum in Hudson.

Last week I got to stop into the Franklin Senior Center to check out one of our weekly classes.

It fills my heart to see some many veterans and first responders stepping into this practice. I’m so grateful to .kilcoyne.3 and Chris who have been leading these sessions down in Franklin (as well as the entire WWYP team).
