It’s the most wonderful time of the year!!!

Sorry for the lack of notice this year but we are headed out on our annual ANP trip this Sunday!! 😍

Time to pack + focus on family time🤍

My husband + I have been working opposite days since June, which is less than ideal for us, but it’s what we’ve decided to do in order to have the most time with Gracie!! So needless to say, we are excited to have time together in our favorite place!! 🥰

If you decide to place an order while we’re gone, the goal is to have them packaged + shipped out by Sept 5th. I know it’s going to take extra time to unpack this year with the babe + I jump right back into work when we return so giving some extra wiggle room days for WDH!!

I hope you all soak up the last week of August, this month always slips away far too fast ✨

In honor of my husband, Matt’s birthday~ I’m featuring his favorite herbal tea made by yours truly! ☺️

Mango Oolong 🥭🌿

An uplifting blend of all Organic~ Oolong Tea (naturally contains caffeine), Freeze Dried Mango Pieces, Spearmint, Nettles, Orange Peel + Ginger Root

Matt has recently asked me to make him a mason jar full everyday for him to bring to work with him! DONE!! Love to have him drinking an all organic + nutrient dense tea! He’s a classic ice tea drinker but he says this is “waaayy better!”

I add a tiny bit of honey (literally just a dollop) while warm after straining into jars, (that way it melts) and a squeeze of lemon! That’s it! Shake it up + store it in the fridge once it cools to room temp + you’ve got yourself a refreshing go to drink!! 🍹

I have also tried this blend with a little fresh squeezed tangerine + orange juice and it was DELICIOUS if you have a little hand held citrus juicer that’s all you need! Just a tablespoon of each YUM! 😋

Pregnancy + post partum has been so humbling for me in more ways than I could ever imagine.

Not only the physical + emotional changes, of growing + caring for an infant that is now my entire world, but accepting I can’t be as productive in a business sense as I’d hoped. I envisioned having all this free time with the baby + not working my other job, I’d be able to focus on my brand so much! I thought I’d be able to tackle the never ending social media posts + really tap into my creative side with reels, film the process + fix up my website etc etc!!

The reality is most days I’m just flying by the seat of my pants. I’m realizing how wrong I was about this new + ever changing journey of motherhood. And that’s okay. I am truly loving what it’s become.

To be completely transparent, at one point I told my husband I was just going to stop WDH for now, due to lack of space, lack of time + lack of creativity that once flowed so freely. I would pick back up someday when Gracie was a little older + I had a true workshop. I felt I was forcing it to make it work in my tiny space.

He encouraged me to keep with it, to do what I can, to maintain what I’ve built over the years, to not give up. So here I am, receiving + packaging sometimes only one small order a week + some weeks a big wholesale order, just chugging along.

It has been my goal for a while now, (pre baby) to scale back on products offered + to really niche down on my true passion of tea making. Space + time is now making that a priority!

I do still have a variety of EO products available but at this time I don’t plan on restocking them. Maybe that’ll change in the future. I do still hope to pull off select EO products for my loyal wholesalers as supplies allow.

All in all, going into my first Mother’s Day Weekend I am not necessarily proud of where I’m at business wise right now. But, I am proud of the mother I have become + also not giving up on WDH when I my struggles told me I should 🖤

Introducing ✨Gracie Brooks Pehrson✨

Born in the mountains of NH in the wee hours of the night 12/20 at 3:37AM! Our little birdie weighed in at 6 lbs 7 oz + is 19.5 inches long! 🐦

We are soaking in all the magic moments of parenthood, learning more + more each day! ✨

Gracie is now a week old + has already passed her birth weight + lost her umbilical cord stump! She eats like a champ + loves to party all night long!

I now understand what it’s like for my heart to beat outside my chest + what they mean when they say don’t blink💓 🥹

Daisy, as anticipated is filling her role as big sister with lots of smiles, following us wherever her Gracie is 👶🏼

Hope you all had a joyous Christmas + are on track for the Happiest New Year 🥰

Incredibly blessed at 38+ weeks, to be feeling well + to be so close to holding our little Gracie☺️

When I count my blessings - I count you twice baby girl ✨

This year all the emotions are swirling around as we anticipate our first baby!!

I wanted to take a moment to give a heartfelt thank you to all who have supported WDH throughout the past year, who have shared products with a friend, who have gifted your loved ones a bag of tea, who have worn our brand with pride, who have supported our wholesalers + bought locally + so much more.

I am forever grateful for you all + for a healthy pregnancy allowing me to continue to blend teas, mix essential oils + create a little bit of magic on the side 🪄
