This isn’t just a kids’ class — it’s an experience designed to help children move their bodies, build confidence, and dream big guided by Christie Hajduk with 925 Wellness and Carla Hurd with Battle Buddies Wellbeing.

In this special workshop for ages 5–12, we’ll:

Get moving with fun stretches and movements

Talk about mindset in a way kids can understand

Create personalized dream boards to inspire their goals

Encourage self-belief, creativity, and healthy habits

No preparation required! All materials and supplies needed for the workshop — including movement space and dream board materials — will be fully provided.

Parents are welcome to stay and observe, or you may drop your child off and return at the end of the event. Please choose the option that feels most comfortable for you and your child.
