My morning routine for the past few years. I thought I would share. I start with 16 to 32oz of warm lemon water in the morning to help your organs wake up, especially your liver. Our liver creates bile which aids in digestion, even a super healthy breakfast won’t digest as well if our liver isn’t awake. Followed up about 15 mins later with celery juice to put your PH levels in balance. 15 mins later eat a healthy breakfast of fruits and oatmeal. 15 mins later, top it off with a complete shake by JP!
