My morning routine for the past few years. I thought I would share. I start with 16 to 32oz of warm lemon water in the morning to help your organs wake up, especially your liver. Our liver creates bile which aids in digestion, even a super healthy breakfast won’t digest as well if our liver isn’t awake. Followed up about 15 mins later with celery juice to put your PH levels in balance. 15 mins later eat a healthy breakfast of fruits and oatmeal. 15 mins later, top it off with a complete shake by JP! It’s been a I think 5 years and I feel amazing! ☺️ Inspiring Healthy Living Around the World is my favorite❤️Andy

Don’t worry when your cutting out dairy, You get much more nutritional bang from some leafy greens than a glass of milk! (Meaning not just calcium!) Plus, milk can be irritating to our digestive system, is pro-inflammatory, not to mention the other health and quality concerns around milk. Just go make a salad! ❤️Andy

?? Guess how many ingredients are in an average vitamin💊pill? Hint it's on the left. Guess how many God put in an 🍎apple? Hint it's on the right. I may be a man but I am not dumb, and with 10,000+ ingredients in an apple and 30 or less in a vitamin pill I was missing 9970 ingredients. 😳

10 years ago I quit the vitamin pills & exchanged it with eating 30 different fruits 🍎 veggies 🍅 and berries & grapes 🍇 each with their own unique bucket of ingredients "phytonutrients"!

Bring Grateful Doesn’t even cover it.

The Journal 📔 of Internal medicine said stop with the vitamins and get it from real foods where you have the entire ingredient instead of a broken knock off In a vitamin. Vitamin C has three legs if you’re only getting asorbic acid or citric acid you are getting one broken leg of a three legged stool.

The quality of your health which is mostly the quality of your most important organs like your gut, heart & brain starts from: your diet, the way you move, the way you discipline your mind, how you manage your stress. Our bodies have inherent capability to heal themselves if you give it what it needs. Our bodies were meant to digest food in their most natural unprocessed form. The #1 thing to do to prevent disease is to eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Why? A myriad of phytonutrients, enzymes, fiber, minerals and vitamins work together and even synergistically to protect the body from oxidative stress & disease. Please understand that an over the counter multivitamin alone does not do this. The power of plants! 💪🥦🥑🥒🍍🍇🍐🍐🍎

Did you know that every cell of your body needs Omegas? Some people get omegas from fish oils 🎣, but I can't stand the smell and I get concerned over heavy metals in the fish.
These are what I take every day...
100% plant based omegas. I’ve heard you can Chew them up and they taste like a creamsicle. 😂
