Join me on a guided EFT journey to release anxiety and welcome tranquility. Find a comfortable space, take a deep breath, and gently tap on the meridian points as we navigate through this calming session. π¬οΈ Begin at the crown of your head, acknowledging any anxiety or tension you may be holding. Gradually move through the key points, allowing the tapping to release the emotional charge.
Karate Chop Point: Located on the fleshy part of the outer hand below the pinkie finger. It's often used as the setup point where you state the problem or issue you want to address while tapping.
Top of the Head: The crown of the head, where tapping here helps in relieving stress and promoting relaxation.
Eyebrow Point: At the beginning of the eyebrow, just above and to the side of the nose. Tapping here can help release tension and negative emotions.
Side of the Eye: On the bone bordering the outside corner of the eye. This point is linked to emotional clarity and calmness.
Under the Eye: On the bone directly under the eye, tapping here helps in reducing anxiety and promoting emotional balance.
Under the Nose: In the indentation between the bottom of the nose and the upper lip. This point is associated with releasing fear and promoting confidence.
Chin Point: Midway between the point of your chin and the bottom of your lower lip. Tapping here aids in calming nerves and reducing stress.
Collarbone Point: On the junction where the sternum, collarbone, and the first rib meet. Tapping here helps in releasing emotional blockages and promoting a sense of security.
Underarm Point: About four inches below the armpit. This point is associated with reducing feelings of overwhelm and promoting relaxation.
Wrists: On the inner side of the wrist, tapping here can be calming and grounding.
π« With each tap, visualize the weight lifting and a sense of peace settling in. Remember, this journey is about self-care and nurturing your emotional well-being. π
