Hello Everyone!! Here is our schedule for July 4th week.

We will have normal hours Monday June 30th and Tuesday July 1st. We will be open Wednesday July 2nd, 6am-12pm. Make sure you get on the schedule!
(For our Group Classes: MTW 6am & MT 5pm.)

We will be closed Wednesday July 2nd after 12pm, Thursday July 3rd and Friday July 4th. We will have staffed hours 8am-12pm on Thursday July 3rd.

Gym will still be open to members with 24/7 access.

We offer Sports Performance Group Classes Monday-Friday.

• Sports Performance with MSP is structured for all-athletes to become a well-rounded athlete while catering to each athlete’s specific sport.
• Each one-hour session will begin with soft tissue and mobility tailored to your specific needs. A dynamic warm up to rise body temperature to prepare you for your workout. The workout incorporates functionally sound movement training, strength training, and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique.
• The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.

• SPEED- Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Sprint Work and Footwork
• EXPLOSIVE POWER– Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping & Landing Techniques
• STRENGTH- Focus on Upper body and Lower Body & Core
• CONDITIONING– Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes
• FLEXIBILITY– Soft Tissue (Foam Rolling), Stretching, Mobility
• INJURY REDUCTION -Identify & Correct Muscular imbalances, Balance, Stabilization

Hello Everyone! Max Strength Performance will be closed President’s Day, Monday Feb. 17th. We will reopen Tuesday Feb. 18th at 6am. All of our members with key fobs will still have 24/7 Accesss tomorrow! All of our personal training, group classes, and sports performance sessions will resume back on Tuesday! Hope everyone enjoys President’s day, and we will see you guys Tuesday morning!

We’re closed today in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

24/7 Gym Membership and Members with Key Fobs still can use the gym today, but all training sessions, personal training, group classes and sports performance are cancelled today, Monday, January 20th.

See you tomorrow during our regular hours.

Here’s our hours rest of the week:
Tuesday and Wednesday: 6am-8pm
Thursday: 8am-8pm
Friday: 6am-5pm
